Well it seems I finaly got bored of Stargate. I went to the library to cancel the reservation of Ark of Truth. Turns out it had arived, so I rented it, watched it, gona copy it for arcath. It wasnt all that worth waiting for really. The same for Stargate:Atlantis, its got boring, doing similar things over and over again, and always triumphing over the bad guys. Getting more and more extreme every time. *shakes head*.

And on that note, I started coding again, oohhh, yesterday. Check out FBCMS (just a temporary name), currently under development. It is my first attempt at the ClassyCMS idea, and also is my first serious attempt at using git and github (its available here). Currently its a bit sparse, but as soon as DB support and a UMS are implemented, it should be ready to go. The XML to PHP classes are terribly complex to work with.

Time Flies

I am having an argument with my good friend UnrealUniverse, who doesnt believe me when I say I started watching SG1 on the 28th of Feburary, three weeks ago. He thinks its closer to 5, and is complaining that I will be MIA for ages longer (he said 4 months) once I get SG Atlantis, which I am hopefully getting today, if the next bus turns up.

I have nearly finished SG1 too, got to the end of season 8 last night (this morning)

That is about it, except I phoned a guy about a job, seems he does stuff with GPS. Summer here I come :D

All about Nothing

Well…. stargate is going well, heh, am now at s7x20 or somewhere around that point. The double parter called Heroes was the best in the whole series (so far). I was awesumficated by it (yeah it made me cry a bit). Dr Frasier was one of my favourite characters, along with chevron guy (Walter Harriman) and someone else. I kinda stayed off uni on monday to watch it, and might stay off tomorrow too :D. Going round to Arcath’s on sunday to get Atlantis.

SG Progress and other things

I arived at s5x18 this morning :D. The previous episodes were a good double parter. “introduced” Anubis. He sounds scary XD

I finished Memory, Sorrow and Thorn. Was a nice, happy ending, SNOWLOCK! SNOWLOCK! SNOWLOCK!. He got crowned and married to the princess, met up with the Dragon and reunion-ized. Lots of people fell. I like how Joshua didnt die, Simon was actually quite royal, and loads of other stuff.

I started Saga of the Seven Suns (by Kevin J Anderson) again, and am enjoying it. The bus is a great pace to read.

TIME

Right, so…. I am watching Stargate SG1…

nothing wrong with that is there?

well I started last saturday (28th Feb, as I have said somewhere). Now I am 4 episodes into season 5. That is 92 episodes, or rougly 250000 seconds of it. Just under 3 full (24 hour) days. And that is discounting most weekdays 9-5 as I have uni. I am roughly 40+% the way through (or more accurately 43.2%)

Pretty bad aint it :D

In other news, I have nerly finished Memory, Sorrow and Thorn. Its getting good, the alies are attacking Asu’a with the three swords in the same area. everything seems to be going “swimmingly” HAH

A good TED video from Fluid@MIT on HCI in the real world, interesting stuff, standing ovation ;).
